  The Penguins are proud to have our first official youth team. In 2018 the Junior High Rebels Penguins are registered with Rugby Alberta in the U-15 category (ages 12-14). Special thanks and appreciation to all the efforts by Jared Nichol who has been instrumental in making this happen. Potential Rugby Tour April 2019 – Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon Are you seriously interested? If so email president@coldlakerugby.ca (I’ll reply once per week). This is potentially a combined effort with players from clubs through out the rural Alberta teams (and friends). The Cold Lake Penguins Rugby Football Club is holding a public open forum to assist in the long term planning for youth development in our community. We are asking for input from anyone who has ideas, the time to invest and commit to the organization efforts in any capacity. Indoor Coed Touch Rugby

The Cold Lake Penguins Rugby Football Club is introducing non-contact co-ed indoor rugby on Sunday evenings from 5:30 to 6:45 at the Energy Center for anyone ages 15 and above. This is intended as a pick up fun league welcome to anyone interested in trying the sport and those who want related physical fitness. The only equipment required is suitable gymnasium shoes.
