The Cold Lake Penguins Rugby Football Club is holding a public open forum to assist in the long term planning for youth development in our community. We are asking for input from anyone who has ideas, the time to invest and commit to the organization efforts in any capacity. We have great resource support within the existing program and from the partnership with Rookie Rugby.
