Brenden Barton from Motion In Sync will be running our pre-season fitness training. He is offering all players free fitness testing and training plans. The plan is to do co-ed non-contact practices for the last week of January and throughout February. Please come join the club at the CLHS gymnasium to get your sweat on.

Open to current players, anyone considering to try the sport, and alumni that want to hang out. This will be a re-occurring event each Sunday until normal practices begin.

First Session will be on January 29th 2017!
